In addition to following guidance from governmental and local authorities (including the CDC, the WHO and other health organizations) we are taking action to protect the health and safety of our employees, including facilitation of work from home where applicable, the limitation of access to our offices, the implementation of non-essential travel and event cancellations.
As of now, the COVID-19 virus is not significantly impacting our ability to serve your needs. As Service Providers promise to keep America connected and telecommunications are especially critical in this time, we are committed to helping you provide that vital service in every way we can. We understand that this situation may change rapidly. We will operate with optimum transparency and do everything possible to fulfill orders in a timely manner.
P&T Team: Power & Tel’s executive team meets daily to ensure that we are aligned and doing everything in our power to foster a safe and productive environment. We have also employed frequent all-employee communications to make sure we remain informed about any and all executional imperatives.
Visitor Guidelines: Currently, we are suspending all non-essential site visits to Power & Tel locations for the benefit of our employees. We ask that meetings be conducted via phone, teleconference, Skype, web based, etc., to replace in-person, in-office contact.
Location Hygiene & Virus Prevention: Protective measures remain in place within all facilities. Shared areas are receiving extra daily cleaning and have been equipped with disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer. We are promoting smart hygiene practices per CDC and WHO recommendations to our employees.
Work from Home and Cyber Safety: Provisions have been put into place for telecommuting utilizing our cloud-based programs. In addition, we have added safety measures with our DUO authentication software in an aim for cyber safety.
We will continue to monitor this important situation and update you as the status evolves.
Thank you,
