Power & Tel recognized by AT&T for outstanding customer service
Power & Telephone Supply Company is being recognized for their Customer Service efforts in 2005. A recent project to standardize bonding clamps across the enterprise was in jeopardy because the OEM could not meet their delivery commitment. Power & Telephone Supply Company located another OEM with a similar product, secured the quantities needed, and re-packaged the products to match current ordered quantities with only minor delays. They also continuously perform price comparisons to improve on savings fro AT&T while maintaining an average of 97.9% on time delivery.
